Sofija Anna Kenina (angļu: Sofia Anna Kenin; dzimusi 1998. gada 14. novembrī Maskavā, Krievijā) ir profesionāla Krievijas izcelsmes ASV tenisiste. Viņas lielākais sasniegums ir uzvara 2020. gada Austrālijas atklātajā čempionātā tenisā.
S. Keninas vecāki ir Krievijas emigranti, kuri 1987. gadā bija pārcēlušies dzīvot no PSRS uz ASV. Ģimene apmetās Maskavā uz laiku, kad piedzima Sofija, lai pēc dažiem mēnešiem atkal atgrieztos ASV.
Pēc uzvaras 2020. gada Austrālijas atklātajā čempionātā tenisā, šajā pašā sezonā sasniedza arī Francijas atklātā čempionāta finālu, kur piekāpās Igai Švjontekai no Polijas.
