Martins Reims (igauņu: Martin Reim, dzimis 1971. gada 14. maijā) ir igauņu futbola treneris un bijušais futbolists, pussargs, kurš lielāko karjeras daļu aizvadīja Tallinas "Flora" komandā. Igaunijas izlasē viņš ir aizvadījis 157 spēles un guvis 14 vārtus. No 2016. līdz 2019. gadam bija Igaunijas izlases galvenais treneris.
Pēc aizvadīto spēļu skaita viņš bija Eiropas rekordists, līdz viņu pārspēja Vitālijs Astafjevs. Viņš nospēlēja savu 157. spēli izlasē 2009. gada 6. jūnijā pret Ekvatoriālās Gvinejas izlasi Igaunijas futbola simtgadē. Par karjeras beigšanu Reims paziņoja 2008. gada 5. decembrī.
Pēc spēlētāja karjeras beigām kļuva par treneri. No 2010. līdz 2012. gadam bija Flora galvenais treneris. Vēlāk trenēja dažādu vecumu Igaunijas jauniešu izlases. 2016. gada septembrī tika iecelts par Igaunijas izlases galveno treneri. 2019. gada jūnijā pēc zaudējuma Vācijai ar 0:8 atkāpās no galvenā trenera amata. Reima vadībā Igaunijas izlase izcīnīja 12 uzvaras, septiņas spēles nospēlēja neizšķirti un 15 reizes zaudēja. 2019. gada novembrī kļuva par FCI Levadia galveno treneri. 2020. gada 10. jūlijā atstāja amatu.
