Indian officials say troops crossed into Pakistan for 2d time in 'defensive action' against heavy Pakistani attacks in border area of Balurghat; say 80 Pakistani soldiers were killed and 1 tank destroyed, holding Indian casualties were light; Indian repr says guerrillas are all around Jessore city but they would require heavy support to take it; evidence that guerrillas have been taking new areas can be found in camps around Bagda where refugees say some people have returned to their liberated border villages
